Hey,
i have old website written in classic ASP (http) protocol.
I want to add Desktop Notifications:

To my site.
I want to be able to send notifications to all of the users, and to specific users (using user-id).
You can use a notification service or build something on the server somehow.
If you are using a server - it should not be something expended.
Please only bid if you\'ve done something like that before,
And provide examples.
