Bulk Email MTA Server Setup for Interspire + SPF & DNS etc

Will be using interspire emailmarketer or very similar

Need help from chooseing the right server all the way through to inbox delivery including:

MTA setup and configuration to allow for 30,000 per hour or ideally more (qmail, postfix etc).

SMTP setup

Help with inbox delivery including PX, MX & SPF records, DNS + ISP complaints loop.

Setting up domain keys

Possibly puttng the MTA on a ram disk for faster sending

Tweaking the MTA for faster, most reliable sending.

Server must be closed relay

Proivde any other assistance along the way to ensure I can easily send 30,000 emails per hour, with good inbox deliverability.

Advise on the best security precautions.

Also to advise on the best email list verifier to use, I want to clean my list before sending email to ensure a good reputation.
