Can't Access Linux Dedicated Server 1and1

My dedicated server stops last night and I got a message when I tried to access Plesk "Internal Error 500" I reboot the server and now I dont have the error but it's not loading any website, Plesk Admin or by terminal. The people of 1and1 told me if something with the ports and you can only access thru Serial Console. I tried but and don't now how to check what is going on or how to fix it. For sure is a simple solution if the ports are closed or something like that. I need to fix this ASAP
