Configure source based policy routing (iptables, routing, linux)

I have a device with two network interfaces: eth0 and wlan0
Both of them have internet access.
eth0 is the default route, all internet goes through this interface currently.
I run a ssh socks5 server listening on a specific port (12345) and I want all the connections through this socks5 server to use wlan0.
Should be doable with a combination of iptables and routing configuration.
eth0 = [url removed, login to view] gateway
wlan0 = [url removed, login to view] gateway
What I need from you:
Precise iptables rules and/or routing commands for this to work. We can chat and go through this together and hopefully solve it within a timely manner.
