Convert Fortran code to Matlab

I have a code written in Fortran 77 which would need to be converted to Matlab.
As it is a stand-alone project, I would like to save the time on learning Fortran by outsourcing the task to somebody else.
The code processes wind measurements.
The code covers 16 pages, receives input from two files and outputs statistical results.
