Configure Windows Azure

Looking for someone who have Windows Azure experience on configuring and maintain the Azure Virtual Environments.

We want to configure following VMs

1) Active Directory with Windows Server 2012 R2,

2) Windows SharePoint Server that connects with AD configured in step 1.

3) Windows SQL Server 2012 R2, connect with AD and runs as backup of SP Server.

We have resources to configure SP and SQL but expertise required to configure AD and connect other VMs with AD.

4) All other required configurations in order to get AD connected with VMs.

1) we will be creating 4 VMs for this deployment, one small box for AD, one small box (initially) for website, that later will grow according to its demand
2) SharePoint 2013 Standard or Enterprise to be installed and configured on a separate VM
3) SQL Server 2012 R2 to be installed and configured (and optimized) for SharePoint usage.
4) SharePoint 2013 Standard/Enterprise Edition will be installed and configured with their basic services (Health monitoring + search). This
5) Architect and deploy all these services, together with a new AD domain or with the replication of an existing AD domain. The work will be done according to deliver the best performance and security, while maintaining the costs as low as possible
6) All deployed components will be put inside an internal Azure Network, so that they can communicate with each other securely
7) There will be no external SharePoint access to the internet. Only RDP into each of the VMs. The application/website will interact with SharePoint via this internal network, and expose SharePoint contents as such.
8) The way how application/website accesses SharePoint does not matter, as long as it can reach SharePoint via its native interfaces
