Android Camera app with shared folder

I need a good developer for writing an Android app using Eclipse. The app will have a social network login and exit.
Then when the user logins there will be a top action bar menu which will have space for a logo, camera, share (with social media and phone utilities like bluetooth etc), about and exit.
In the main body of the app there will be a sharable folder that pictures taken from the camera will be saved onto this folder. The folder will also be password protected.
I need to be able to access that shared folder as admin to set a password and remove any pictures from it.
In the end i will need the source files from the workspace so i can edit the backgrounds and also test it.
If satisfied with the results upon completion a small bonus fee will be added.
Forget the password but i will still need to be able to access the shared folder and be able to move or remove any pictures from it.

your budget is low for this kind of project. apparently it needs backend server/database and admin section besides your normal requirements.
