-Make embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos responsive for ipads and smartphones

-All text truly responsive
-SEO friendly code (not too many css or js files)
-Fix responsive menu so it works on ipads/smart phones.
-Fix layout so it looks right when it gets to smartphone size
