The App should be a way to help our sales force have the updated information about our products and services all the time and on the go. The solution we have in mind should not be available on "app store" or any other public app marketplace. It should be a private internal tool which we would distribute among our sales people.(e.g. via email, through our website,..) This app should provide easy access to the following: _POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS (5-6 files approx.) _VIDEOS (20-30 videos approx.) _CATALOGUES (20-30 pdf files approx.) _PICTURE GALLERY (initially around 50) _CONTACT US (contact info of main Ficep sites) A notification centre should be included in this aswell, as it is quite important for us to send notifications or messages to all the sales force. (about updates, new products, communications, etc..) The pdf files, videos, and the pics should all be available for online viewing, but also for downloading on the device(if decided by the user) in order to have an off-line access to the data. Each time there is an update (eg. new video, catalogue replacement, or any modification of the data available) a notification should be sent out and shown in the message centre. A "search" panel should be added too. All users will need a login and password in order to access data on the app and all the users login details should be handled directly by us through the control platform. A very simple, intuitive and easy to use control platform (mobile app management) should be given to us in order to handle and manage the app in the future. I will attach some drawings of the app we have in mind to give you an idea of how it should look like. Please let me know if you have the knowledge to create such an app and if you ever created similar ones in the past. If yes please send me a quotation and an estimated delivery time. -
