Convert two ISO apps to Android

I have two small IOS apps that I need to have converted to Android. The apps do the same thing but one is FREE with limits and the other is a PAID version with more features. The app is a simple FTP app that connects to an FTP server to download files. The FREE version doesn't allow viewing of the files on the FTP server but rather connects and downloads any PDF or PDB files available. It also only allows one FTP server. The PAID version allows viewing of the files on the FTP server but no editing of the files such as moving, renaming, editing, etc. It allows you to view or download any file type and it allows you to add multiple FTP servers.
I had an Android version of the FREE on developed but was not happy with the amount of time it has taken nor the results. I do have source code for both of the IOS versions and I can provide the source code for the Android version that I am not happy with.
I have attatched some images of what both IOS versions look like.
