Develop plan for timekeeping/invoicing Desktop/PDA Application
I need an application that allows invoicing for labour and machinery.
These would be billed to specific projects and would have the ability to track total amounts billed for a specific project.
I am looking for someone to project map this and develop a plan that can be presented to a development team for implementation.
The application will be utilised on a large processing plant that requires a lot of maintenence.
When an area supervisor decides that a job needs to be done eg: replacing a worn out motor or pump. He will create a work order in SAP that will outline his requirements.
eg: scaffolders to build access platform, crane and riggers to lift motor out and replace.
After daily task completion the labour and machinery supplier will bill the area for payment.
Currently this is done manualy by hard copy.
I have included a copy of the current process requirements for this hardcopy system.
