We have an existing android & iOS app, in which we want to add following features :
- push notifications
- in-app inbox
- in-app messaging (not live chat or helpdesk)
Service-Provider should be able to send push notification to a consumer-segment by selecting consumers on the basis of their profile (e.g. push notification to all consumers who have birthday today, notification to all consumers who smoke)
All push notifications should get saved in in-app inbox so that consumers can refer to it later.
Service-Provider should be to send one-on-one message to a user by selecting his/her name from a simple console (or interface). There should be ready-to-use templates OR drafts to create these messages (saves time in creating message language from scratch)
Consumer should be able to send one-on-one message to Service-Provider using the in-app message interface.
CONSTRAINT : Timeline must not exceed 3 weeks.
