I need some code developed for internal company tablets that are lent out to staff.
1. Register new tablets onto backend.
- when app loads and there is a network connection it needs to check if registered on server.
- if no, then a dialog popup with "register tablet" button.
- if successful, then close dialog and continue.
2. When app starts and is registered, then update backend with apk version information. (if possible prompt for update if available on app store)
3. dialog prompt if gps is disabled, allow user to enable gps and check again, or "Ignore" and continue.
4. background tracking of tablet location, sending coordinates to server. (if there is no connectivity then location needs to still get stored locally synced when back online).
5. Simple GPS Check in button, which will send current location and time to server. (also must work in 'offline mode' if no connectivity to sync later when online)
I just need well written code to work 100%. no design needed for interface, simple default dialog and buttons is fine.
I will need feedback on what data you need to get and send to back end api's which I will develop.
