The main function of the site is to list various news items for review / comments with photos. The admin to list products with a photo, a brief description. Public can review / comment. See the typical a sample site. List the items like in a classifieds list with a photo, name of the product, date added and type underneath.

But allow for google ad sense ads to collect some income
Admin to list the products, edit and delete items,
Public: to review news items(after registration), e-mail to a friend, upload the photos on to their facebook wall, twitter and report abuse.
