Automation software (script/bot)

I am looking for a Manila, Phillipines based developer who has great experience in creating automation software (for example software that can take credentials and text from database, and login to a 3rd party site with credentials and post text and click save).

As a small test to you I want you to create a small piece of software, put it on a simple website that I can test where I can input credentials (email/PW) and a phone number (country code + phone number) and click OK. Then your software should 1) login to [url removed, login to view] with credentials (email: [Posting of contact details is prohibited and against our Terms of Service - [url removed, login to view] Admin], 2) click settings, 3) enter the phone number into Phone number field and 4) click save changes.

This is just a small test so I want the software to do much more advanced things and be able to work with .net/mysql as the rest of the application is build in this.

Please only developers from Manila!
