CMS for MWE

We need a website to be done within 12 days. We need a CMS like Joomla or Word Press or any other CMS platform.

4 important functions.

1. Registration process that allows different level of privileges depending on the subscription that they buy.

When we launching of website, client can register for free.

Later, we want different access based upon subscriptions fee: Example

so Level one access = free "customer can only preview certain aspect of website"

Level 2 access = 5.95 "Customer can view all content from videos, to photos, and such content"

Level 3 access will = 9.95 "Client can download photos and videos"
