Business Angles Website Cloning

This website is focused on UK but i want mine to focus on Africa (i.e where entreprenuers in Africa meet investors worldwide. I need this quite urgently. This should come with a complete CMS and the winner will deploy the site to my own virtual server

Due to bad experiences, i will not pay anything until project is complete and i am happy. So if you want some money before you start, please do not bid.
