Can you help me for a website

We are looking for individual or group programmers to develop an interactive adult webcam chat site. The site has to have the same or similar features, functionality and technology used in www.myfreecams.com. We want it to be original enough to not be a copy of the website. We also have ideas to change certain aspects and add a few functions and features. If you think you can handle the project, including the modules for payment of the girls, buying the units of trade (chits, gold coins, tokens) with which they tip the girls and take them private and so on, bringing new users reward system, an internal mail system, etc. Then get back to us and let us know when you would want to make the project happen.

It must include the following:

It needs to integrate with CCBill, Epoch etc.

Major cam payment gateways (integration, easy payment system)

Units of Trade ($ for tokens, coins, tips, chips, rubies, etc...)

Profile management/html addition

Model XXX Pics and Video purchasing section (not just model private shows)

We would like it to be original enough that we are not going to violate the copyright restrictions.

I would like assistance with getting the program up and running, hosting suggestions, minimum requirements of the host/server, etc... (For future assistance we pay extra)

You need experience in:

Adobe Flash streaming

Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Mobile and Tablet Platform supported

Secure Payment processing system

Ability to Webcam chats with 1 to 1 or 1 to many

Model registration, working area and profile

Administration monitoring panel (Creating, approval, reporting and maintenance)

Successful candidate must have experience with developing similar work and possess strong knowledge of PHP, ASPX, JSPX and Real Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP).

There will be an agreed schedule with milestones. At each milestone we will want to review the work completed thus far and commit to payment after approval of the each milestone.

All source code, scripts, software rights will be transferred to us at the conclusion of this effort. All milestone payments will not be released until end of project.

At completion of the project we anticipate providing the selected developer ongoing work for enhancement, maintenance and upgrades proposes.
