Cell Phone Pictures

I would like to make a website where users can register for free and make their own account. I want them to have a unique account where they can send cell phone pictures. For example, on Verizon cell phones, anyone can send pictures to an email address. Verizon attaches the .jpg file to the email. Is there any way for people to be able to send such an email to an account on my website. I would like the picture to automitically be hosted on my server. The important part is that each registered account has a unique code that they can copy onto their Blog, Myspace, or website that would display a slideshow of all pictures sent to their account. I would also like people to just be able to upload photos from their computers much like Photobucket.com. If anyone believes they can do something like this, please contact me.
