I'm looking for a person/team capable of delivering a clean, well function, user friendly website.

FEATURES:
E-commerce: Full integration with paypal, moneybookers and a payment gateway for credit cards. This is key; if you can’t do this don’t bother submitting a bid.
Graphics: The logo will be provided. The rest must be design by your team. Please take a look at the attached file. Please bear in mind this is just a first approach, a raw mockup. The purpose is not to get into the details, but to get a look at the major design features, and an idea of what I want to see once the design is done.
Scrip: very automated. No old "copy and paste" scripts with backdoors. Very secure, unique, well plan and executed. Review sample sites very carefully, I’m always open for suggestions.
COMUNICATION:
The team/developer must be able to communicate progress on a daily bases. Must be able to deliver solutions and think outside of the box. Questions are expected, job must be completed in less than 30 days.
Please provide a bid with sample of your previous work. This project was previously posted. The last developer who accepted the bid was unable to meet my dateline.
