Convert PHP code to ASP

There is a code in the following site <[url removed, login to view]> it costs $5 and works fine, but I need it to run with ASP code since its the one I know and only very little (almost nothing) of PHP.
I need 35 PHP files converted to ASP, the average file lenght is 4kb and the total kbs for all files is 135 KBs
It may require some Flash and Action Script knowledge, but I´m not sure.
I need this for a personal (family) site and the budget is not too high.
On the link I sent please look at the "Demo #2" since the PHP files are mostly working there.
I will release PHP files only after I have a coder or you can buy the $5 files and check them before saying your price for this small project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The final files have to run on Windows 2000 Server or 2003 Server with IIS 5 or 6
If needed the final software could use a COM or dlls component ready in the market as ASPJPG or any other needed to work the images.
It must run in IE 5 (or better)and FireFox for PC.
Safari, Netscape, IE (for MAC) or any other browser for Mac is a must since that´s what most of my family members use Mac for Internet Browsing.
