Need help in creating a very professional web UI form in asp.net and C#. You must be very comfoortable with the following technologies to be considered for this proect:

and Preferably Drag and Drop in asp.net.

The page you design should look vry professional and do not do any postback and should be done asynchronously using ajax.
There are two panels in this page, the advanced panel and the Add product panel. Advanced is collapsible and can be expended by clicking on the arrow image.
The Add Product has a Gridview on top which is bound to all the products from an xml file. When you click on "aDD pRODUCT" button it should add the entry to an xml file in app_data folder and the Gridview will have this product on the top.
