coding for two sets of landing pages

This is a repost due to the pervious coder breaking his hand. This should be quite a quick job and now the deadline is appoarching fairly quickly.

Hi

We have two different marketing mail outs, that are going out very shortly. Now both of these need to direct people to a different landing page. These pages need to request the users details and save them into a database on the backend. This job is to write the two sets of landing pages together with the backend.

Campaign 1: Email campaign.

This campaign asks people to login to the website from a email campaign asking them to join our newsletter. It would need to direct them to a page about the newsletter and with a form to join (if we could automatically fill in there email address in the form that would be great) then after they have joining it would send then to a thanks and please tell a friend, which wuld be a second page which would send a email to their friend. So ths would require two forms.

Campaign 2: Postcard campagin.

This campaign consites of postcards being sent out asking people to login and recommend us to a friend in exchange they get a free copy of a book. So people would be directed to a webpage where they would enter in their details and the details of their friend they want to recommend to or maybe miltiple friends. We would need to send them book afterwards so we are going to have to make sure we capture all address details.

The main aim of this is to capture emails address for future marketing.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
