Alarm Dialer (Hardware)

I need a generic alarm dialer/communicator (hardware component) that will work with most alarm systems.

The dialer/communicator must be able to do the following;

- Be compatible with South African telephone systems to dial a pre-specified number.

- Be triggered by any alarm system (i.e. it can be connected to the alarm itself or to a siren that will go of when the alrm is triggered)

- Make a phone call to ONE pre-programmed number (The number is always the same).

- Continue re-dialing until the the phone is picked up and a key press ( # tone) is sent back to the dialer.

- The dialer should be disabled from the remote server when a # tone is sent back

It will be used with a security system to connect different alarm systems over normal telephone lines to our call center server.

Our call center server only needs to receive the call so that it can retrieve a caller ID from the alarm. After picking up the phone it will send a # tone back to disable the dialer so that it doesn't call the server again until it is re-set when arming the alarm system.

The dialer will be tested in SA before payment can be made.

I also need a technical spec with pcboard layout and description of how it works.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
