Advertisement Software for Windows, Mac

Hello, i need software to install a screensaver which displays advertisements on it once the user is away for 1hour.

Screensaver should open a web browser window if user clicks on advertisement. (Full page screensaver ads)

Also the software should open a popup or popunder when it see's the user surfing the internet. (30mins timer for popup or popunder)

The advertisement pages should be loaded from my website domain.

The installer should be a quick installer, agree to terms and install. It must also support MAC
