Adware, Spyware, and Browser Hijack Removal

I am interested in having software written that will search and remove adware, spyware, and browser hijackers from a users computer. The right candidate for this job should be able to create a nice looking user interfact that is easy to navigate and use. The software will be downloaded to a users computer as a free trial but will need to be paid for to activate the software. The user should be able to scan his/her pc but will have to upgrade to a paid version to remove.
Here are the requirements in a detailed list:
-Software must scan a users pc for spyware, adware, and browser hijacks.
-Software must be able to remove the spyware, adware and browser hijacks it finds after a successful user activation of the software (by paying for it)
-Software must be able to be upgraded however the programmer feels is a good way once every year with the latest definitions.
-Coder must provide the definitions.
-Software should have easy to navigate buttons on the left side of the window including: scan pc, clean selected, stop scaning, select all
-The scan pc button should allow the user to scan the entire computer of individual files or folders.
-Each item that the software finds should be able to be removed individually.
-Software should give a list of items found and how many
-software should have a progress bar while scanning.
-software should have a restore feature in case a removal goes bad
-software should check a server when connected to the internet to see if there are updates available.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
