(Before describing the idea, I need to explain I don´t know how the Windows Desktop works, so if I´m wrong in any way, pls let me know.) This development is children oriented. I need a windows desktop (an application?) that starts with windows startup, can´t be stopped by user (except by stopping windows itself during startup) and have it´s own windows bar with Start, shortcuts, clock, etc. The Shut-Down option must show the options Shut down, restart, etc. and must include "Go to Standard Windows". When the user select it, the application will end by releasing the user into the "Real Desktop". During the instalation, the parents can select the folders and files the child can access, the rest remain invisible/inaccesible for the little user. The application will include the Configuration option but this option will ask for a password and only access to application configuration in order to select the folders to grant access, make shortcuts to applications located out of allowed environment, a time range for using the application (if the child tries to start the application out of range, must see a custom message and halt the computer) The desktop must include a limited Windows Explorer that only will show the folders/files allowed and a Search engine that only looks at these locations.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
