a small trio counter in any language

Hello, I need a very simple program written in any language (even java/javascript...) to create this : in a window, 3 rectangles (black color) of the same size (ratio 2/1), about 10cm large and 5cm height (absolute size), superposed with a separator, with at the bottom 2 buttons : start and stop (could be in other language like french). When the user clic on the start button, a big display on the first rectangle appear (red characters) with a counter. The counter decrease from 60 to 1 (not 0). After that, 1 second later (the timing is important), the first rectangle fade out (but remain visible, like dark gray with no characters) and... the second counter begin his job : counting from 10 to 1 (same as above) : black background and rose characters in big display After that, 1 second later (the timing is important), the second rectangle fade out (but remain visible, like dark gray with no characters) and... the third counter begin his job : counting from 60 to 1 (same as above !) : black background and blue characters in big display When the entire process ends, the process begin again and again (counter 60-1 / 10-1 / 60-1) until the user press the stop button. I think this is possible in Javascript but don't have the time to create it. I hope many replies for a small price (project for a school). Thank you Alex
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
