We are based in Melbourne, Australia and are registered to provide Australian Immigration Advice and Assistance. We currently have a website ([[login to view URL]][1]) which we would like to fully redevelop under the name [[login to view URL]][2]

**_ABOUT THE PROJECT - PHASE I:_**

With the assitance of a graphic designer, we have been able to create a prototype for the Home Page which is attached.

The project contains links on different visa types we deal with, relevant information about the industry and Australia in general including terms and conditions and privacy policy.

One of the link "Skilled Visa" which will have link for "Skilled Visa Assessment". The basic prototype for the Assessment form is ready which contains aproximately 35-40 questions. Some questions are only asked when the previous one is answered "Yes".

On submitting the form, we want to accept credit card payment from paypal, save details in the DB, trigger an email to client and us with an attachment of the form in html to be printed and assessed by our immigration consultant.

**_PROJECT - PHASE II:

In Phase II of the project we want to develop Client / Admin Login section and Content Mangement System (CMS).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

**_TECHNOLOGY:

_**We would like to develop the project (Phase I & II) in ASP .NET with MS SQL. Although ASP can also be considered.

**_PRICES & TIME FRAME:

_**We are looking for a reasonable priced, quality work on time to be commenced asap. Initially we want to develop Phase I , put it live and than work on Phase II. Having already done the prototype for the Home Page which only requires minor modifications and feedback, it should save a lot of time to the developer to proceed quickly.

We want cost break down & Time frame to develop each phase, confidence level, whether previously done similar project and have done any project before for an Australian Company.
