We are looking to create an online database system which will allow for tracking and handling of website generated leads from a variety of websites and vendors, all in one easy to access interface. The system needs to be scalable and adjust to meet changes in parameters, new websites, lead destinations, lead criteria etc. and have all of the following features. Looking forward to your bids! General Lead Information Handle multiple parameters (name, address, etc.) Handle multiple vendor profiles Handle multiple lead sources Logic -Detect fake leads (invalid zip, 999-999-9999, etc.) Classify leads (high qualified, qualified, non qualified) based on parameters filled out -Send leads to various locations based on multiple parameters (location, number of leads, quality of lead, etc.) and location on website -Send leads with different parameters to same vendor Database -House leads in a database as well as send leads simultaneously to multiple emails -House database online -Export leads for Vendors into excel or their own CMS Admin Functions ??" admin needs to be able to quickly and easily -Update/change/add new profiles for multiple vendors -Update/change/add new parameters -Assign subset of parameter for each vendor profile -Update/change/add new logic -Run Reports based on varying parameters (dates, vendor, type of lead, etc.) Reporting Functions -Report on subset of parameters depending on vendor -Provide following interfaces for vendors: -Emailing of reports, CSV to vendors -Vendor Reporting Area to download CSV files -RSS Feed for client interface -Automated FTP???? ??" is this worth it? -Vendor login to view leads (only have ability to view their leads) -Search function to search through leads by various parameters (date, name, address, etc.) Interface Capabilities -Please propose best way to interface with multiple lead generation methods. We will mostly like have control of the lead generation websites, but want to store all leads in one database and use one system to generate files, reports, etc. -Database direct? -SOAP? -Flat files? Invoicing: Database can spit out invoices. Vendors being able to pay invoices when they login. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
