Create PAD file for Shareware

I have an .exe e-book format that includes a simple shareware script called Traffic Tsunami. The script is designed to increase traffic using viral traffic generation techniques.

I've tried to create a PAD file to upload to shareware/download sites like

I've been unable to create the PAD file. See it here:

I need a 32X32 pixel icon for the software and the complete PAD file.

I desire to have the PAD post my software, Traffic Tsunami, onto as

many shareware sites as possible.

The minimum acceptable job is to complete a working PAD file and suitable

software icon for Traffic Tsunami.

If you can also assist in getting it listed on shareware sites that would

be terrific.
