Looking for a new homepage design for a private, high-end nursery school in Adobe Flash. Requirements: - TWO different initial design templates mocked up in Adobe Flash (One will be chosen to move ahead with for finalization) - Use of the attached logo (welcome to be modified, both do not have to be used) - Integration of business name "Sundance School" - Integration of business slogan "Where Children Shine" - Use of following color scheme: bright yellow, orange, light blue - Dual Picture slideshows on initial load (similar to site mentioned below) - Themes to emphasize with design: high-end, younger children, attention to detail, customer service, elite product - Similar in format to the following site: [url removed, login to view] -Link to 'video gallery' similar to as in the above site, in which videos can be uploaded -Menu links which scrolldown, as in the above site -None of the links have to be live, other than the video gallery link, which should function as it does in the above site All flash elements integrated into the [url removed, login to view] site should be included, but catered to the appropriate younger themes. Introduction and functionality should all appear similar.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
