Clone template need in1-2 days

I need this template cloned

1) Instead of boxers, I need ultimate fighters..no boxing gloves

2) Need comment or chat. sign up to chat, get user name and password, able

to upload pics. Thats it

Clarification,
Refer to template doc. for mods to script above.
Also I will be needing some php or other suggestions regarding "sign up" for users, and my forum . I need users to sign up, to get there "password" and "username" so they can post comments on the forum.
In addition, I will need a newsletter area, where users can "sign up" with email address, for future newsletter.
