I need someone to design the first page for a website for a local construction company. I only need the first page designed. I will probably handle the rest myself.
The client has come up with a rough sketch or idea. I am attaching it to this posting. I would like for this to look very professional. Flash is not required, but if you want to use some Flash to make it more dynamic, I am open to suggestions.
Winner of project needs to be willing to make any modifications that client requests so that client is happy with final product.
It would be a bonus if you are a good at communicating in English and if you can work on this within the next two days.
