Create Flash Header w/ video (Pretty simple)

This should be easy for an experienced flash person. We have a very detailed document that outlines the project. We will also provide all logos and images separately to make this easy.

Basically your job is to create a flash header. It has a short 10 second video and some moving text. That's it.
