Build a Wordpress front page

I need a wordpress site with a front page that has the following:
-All White background
-Header image going the full width of the page (will provide logo for the header image)
-Gallery/Grid of images with no noise around them (no name of photo, no caption showing,etc)
-Responsive and looks good on mobile.
It's really simple.
You will need to create the page in wordpress, and make sure it is functioning properly on my site by midnight PST Thursday 2/13.
I have a temporary site that is somewhat what i'm looking for, so you can use that as a baseline if you'd like.
