Convert 9 PDF based tests into a web-based test

I am looking for employees for my company and I want to run applicants through a web based test that tests various abilities.

To this end I have found PDF based tests that ask questions and give multiple choice answers. There are 9 of these each giving the applicant 20 minutes of time.

I would like to have a website created that allows an applicant to enter his details and start the test...implements a timer, takes clippings of the questions and displays them with multiple choice options. Inn between the tests the user can pause before beginning the next test. No repeating a test is allowed. In the end the test results (individual and overall) are forwarded to my email address and shown to the user.

I will supply my company logo and the PDF files that contain the test questions and answers. One example is attached.

Design is not that important but it should look neat. The design is up to you but can be minimalistic.

Please create it to test on your server and the package it with install instructions and hand it over to my developer for implementation on our server.
