I need a website designed from scratch to my exact specification, I will need the designer/programmer to create a very modern design, and program the website to function how I need it to function.
The website will be used as a website offering to make dental websites and offer SEO/ marketing advice.
The website will need to have the usual features that the typical dental website companies have such as the testimonials page/portfolio page etc.
I will show the winning bidder examples of website I like and they need to be able to manupulate the design and create a bespoke and specific version for my website.
The website will also need to have an inbuilt forum programmed , and an interactive blog which allows other users to submit their own articles related to dentistry, however they will need to be accepted and reviewed by me or the site admin before being made publicly visible.
I want this dental media website to be different from any other media website and for it to have a unique selling point which me and the winning freelancer can come up with together..
