I'm currently creating a visual decision tree/infographic for a client to help their customers determine which product is best for them based upon a set of questions. The client has asked to turn that graphic into a simple, dynamic web application that users can click through as a quiz to get the recommendation. The application needs to be fully embeddable into other sites.
I'm in the process of developing the graphic but can share that with you to guide the development as soon as possible.
