Program will have a data submit button, a data edit button, Email Creation Button, Reports section, Search feature

Data Uploads

Program should allow for seamless uploads of spreadsheet data, data check feature will check each field to ensure data is in the correct format, if data is wrong the program will not accept the data and notifies the user with an error message and a? screen ? that shows the user? the errors by individual.? The user corrects the? spreadsheet, and uploads the data, once the correct data is uploaded they receive a successful upload message.?

Data Edit Feature

Program will also allow individual users to enter data.? The data being entered is personal data.? Once the data has been successfully uploaded the system will seamlessly populate all order fields that have been checked.? There are? 6 fields with numeric? US currency values that are pulled from? other fields, ? end user has the ability to check what to order before processing the order.? ? The program should allow the end user to search for an individual or group, edit the order information.?

Email feature

Once the order is processed the individual will receive an email.? A group will recieve an email with a complete listing of all individuals and their order, and individuals will recieve a different email at the same time.? Email feature will have a promotion feature:? this promotion feauture should? pull an individuals email address? and allow the end user to create a promotional email.? Program should check to see who has ordered so that the next promotional email is not sent to an individual who has purchased.

Reports Section

The program will have a report section that will show cost per service for each individual person in list view.? ? ?

We need the site services to allow for xml connectivity and straight through processing to alliance partners.
