Basic CRM Solution for Google Apps

I require a contact and relationship management software suite for Google Apps. This will be a software solution delivered to me and hosted by me on the Google App Engine.

Opportunity tracking

Organization management with details

Project Tracking and people associated with a given project.

Multi-user interface

Rudimentary workflow such as reminders to catch up with contacts

Email integration with Google Email would be great

Email Analysis to map relationships based on mailing and CCs would
