This has been in the making for awhile now and i almost have it completed. I need a person who is willing to finish this project for me. I have some script and MYSQL done, so you ARE NOT starting from scratch.
What is left to be done:
- Postback crediting to publishers
- API services so i can run offers through others
- Publisher side (view offers, stats, payments, etc)
- Advertiser sign up (run/manage their campaigns, etc)
- Admin contols (payouts, stats, tools, view users, etc)
There are a few other things but that is the general stuff in a nutshell.

1) You are not from the USA
2) You have no expierience with scripts like DirectTrack or websites like [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc.
