Clone Managerzone Soccer Manager

Dear Freelancers,

I am looking for a fully-loaded clone of the managerzone soccer (football) game. It must have all features the original game has, with a few minor exceptions:

- payment gateways should not be sms, but paypal

- language system should be supported, but only an english version is required

- W3 compliance is a pre

- no need for the 3D match viewer

deadline will be 21 days, after the project has been accepted.

My budget is 150 USD, lower bids will have more chances of being chosen. Escrow services are freelancer's costs
