Contextual Ads Network Script

Hi.

I'm looking for someone who can take over an existing project which is located on our server, and finish it quickly.

The required skill set needs to be 2-5 years experience using.

php + mysql + memcache + zend optimizer

The script is a ad network script,? which has a advertisers, publishers, resellers, and administrators members area.

The signup process, and all members area is workable, we just need you to be able to finish up the actual functionality code pops, banners, and contextual functionality of the site.

Please only.. skilled people need bid on this.
