I am looking for a developer with the following skills:
HTML 5
CSS
PHP
Javascript
MySQL
I need an hourly rate.
We will build and application. I will be the system architect and you will do the coding. I will provide the screen layout, flowchart and database structures and stored procedures etc. I will set a task ie develop a data entry screen for a customer. You will provide a solution, all source code, commented and working. And you will then be paid. Then we will do the next module. Works for me as I can evaluate your work as we proceed and for you because you are guaranteed constant work and regular cash flow. The source code should be written with the NetBeans IDE so that I can compile and run on my side. I envisage a minimum 100 hrs per month but this will depend on your speed and performance. It could be double. The project duration will be approximately 3 months.
Please give me an hourly rate plus a portfolio with recent web sites I can browse.
