clipbucket template - repost

i have had a problem with the template of clipbucket v3 (cbv3), i wanted to install it on my clipbucket v2.6, but it gives me this error:

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in /home/bpfitne3/public_html/styles/cbv3/layout/[url removed, login to view] line 44]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: filter: none; ([url removed, login to view], line 447) in /home/bpfitne3/public_html/includes/templatelib/[url removed, login to view] on line 1095

I will be able to pay 35 $ for your assistence if you could fix this issue !
