228122 Joomla/Virtuemart/PDF

I need the following done to create a pdf gift certificate

Custom attributes from an order placed in certain fields on a PDF.

Code that places the order number in a mysql table and increments the next gift certificate number then places that field value on the PDF.

Then emails the PDF to the person that placed the order.

Also places a link on the Thank you page that would allow the PDF to be printed right then or saved to the customer computer.
