A2BILLING Rate engine modification or setup

I have a a2billing system up and runnig.

I need a a2billing specialist to setup/modify the rate engine and/or agi to enhance the lcr routing to allow calls attempting by each provider providers in call plan.

For example I have 3 providers that have rate for a specific location. So first try will make to the cheapest provider,

If the provider rejects the call for any reason including busy, try to connect the call for the second cheapest supplier and so on until the last provider.

if the call is not connected by any provider must reject the call with the cause of disconnection sent by the last provider.

If this is not a native feature of a2billin (it seems not) you need to modify the engine and agi rate to make it work this way.

deliverable:

- We have a copy of a2billing on our github, we will give you access to our github and delivering the files to be done in github.

- Assists in the installation and setup.

* must have a free account on github.

Only accept freelancers with experience with a2billing.

I attach a litle diagram.

The work must be completed in 3 calendar days, otherwise the project is canceled or assigned to another freelancer.
