CMS and simple shopping cart system

I have designed and built in html a shopping website for buying jewellery. However I need to have a PHP/Mysql content management system integrated to be able to amend and upload product information. I also need a PHP shopping cart to add up purchases and total cost including delivery, which will then link straight to paypal processing. No user info is to be collected on the site itself. I have included a word doc containing the full spec.
