we can call the script Claim your points or GET paid reading our emails, another clear explanation

we should have:

1- page where an internet user can subscribe by enter his email and select a country, the data should be stored in mysql db and should contains:**ID** "autonumber", **email** (with validation before entered if it is a valid email address, or if already exist), country, **date** subscribed, **IP** of his connection when he subscribed

2- table in mysql can be edited manually or in PHPmyadmin

should contains voucher of 12 Characters and value of each voucher of 2 digit

3- we are going to send newsletter inside this news letter it will include a link where the reader can click or image where the user can click. url will like that <[url removed, login to view]>

if the reader click on that link for the first time it will register inside the mysql db the points specified inside this vouncher, next time he click it will give him a that u already claimed for ur points

4- user part (page) where he can enter his email address and click submit so an email will be sent automatically to his email address telling him that u have for example 15 points (customizing this email will be done later inside the code) for sure if the email is not exist it should ask the user to register (part 1)

5- the important part (adminstration)

we should login to this part

a- view list of subscribers with their points (100 on each pager)

b- be able to edit a subscriber points

c- be able to delete a subsriber

d- be able to do a search for subscriber (on email address "like")

e- be able to change the password of adminstration

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
